We are no doubt extremely excited for the upcoming Avengers: Endgame movie. This is because, given the way Infinity War ended, many are on the edge of their seats to find out what happens next. This will also tie up all the storylines that Marvel has going on for it right now and will also officially conclude Phase 3 in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The good news is that for those of us who have been expecting the release of Endgame, you might be interested to learn that the movie could potentially run for over 3 hours. This is according to a listing on AMC’s website which shows that the movie has a runtime of 3 hours and 2 minutes. This makes it Marvel’s longest movie since it surpasses Infinity War which had a runtime of 2 hours and 29 minutes with about 30 minutes.
While this is yet to be confirmed, it seems to be in line with what the movie’s directors, Joe and Anthony Russo, had previously teased where they hinted that it could be a 3-hour movie. This means that there should be more than enough time to wrap up everything in the movie while also hopefully giving us a glimpse as to what Phase 4 and beyond will be for the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Avengers: Endgame is currently set for a release on the 26th of April, 2019 and you can check out the trailer here, although be warned that some parts of the footage in the trailer has been manipulated and may not be in the actual movie.
