How To Video Call On An Android Or IOS Device

So, for the purpose of the ongoing self isolation motive, due to the Global Corona Virus Pandemic, here is how you can video call your loved ones, using your Android or IOS device. Thankfully, there are various apps that give you 100% access to video calls like, Google Duo, Facebook Messenger, Skype, WhatsApp and Zoom.

To video call a friend using WhatsApp, they will need to have installed the app too – and you will need to add their phone number to your smartphone’s address book.

For when you want to video call using an IOS devce, it already comes pre-installed with a video call app known as “Face Time”. However, it only works on Apple devices, so your friend or relative must be using an iPhone, iPad or Mac too.

Also, if you do not have access to this, there are other mediums you can use like skype and zoom which will let you join a chat using your computer’s web browser, you can receive video calls using this medium on a desktop computer without installing any software.

To do this, you’ll need to be invited to a video call by a friend or relative who already has the software installed.
