In what apeears to be a cryptic teaser, Microsoft yesterday announced via its official Twitter account that the company may be unveiling a new Surface tablet today. Recently, there have been several reports claiming that the company has developed a cheaper Surface tablet to take on the likes of the iPad, however, with this new discovery, there’s a possibility that this much-rumored Surface tablet may be launched today.
The teaser on Microsoft’s official Twitter account for Surface says “Where will Surface go next?” The image shows off the company’s range of Surface devices which mention Tuesday, July 10th as the date, which suggests that we’re in for a new Surface announcement today.
It’s believed that the tablets are going to feature 10 inch displays and Intel’s Pentium processors. As for what Microsoft will end up calling them, one report suggests that they may be launched as “Surface Go” tablets.
