Established more than two decades ago, FilmoReality has been able to penetrate the Nigeria real estate businesses and has since maintained set unmatchable records with a focus on facilities management and project management. The company who has been able to set standards in the Nigeria real estate industry recently announced a new partnership with an international tech giant, Microsoft.

According to a reliable source, Techpoint, the new partnership is aimed towards providing tech-driven solution, and while it will be of great advantage for both companies, FilmoReality is likely to be the biggest beneficiary of the partnership, considering that the company, recently, has been investing a lot in the development of technology-driven solutions necessary to better serve its clients and drive forward the evolution of real estate services.

While the partnership came at the right time for FilmoReality, it will help position the real estate company in the area of executing more tech-driven businesses. According to our reliable source, the partnership was prompted after a visit by one of the Representative from Microsoft US in the Nigeria Company. During the visit, the representative had peached new tech-focused strategies and processes as an innovative company.

In the long run, the visit had prompted the creation of a video which saw the real estate company, FilmoRealty’s adopting Microsoft’s cloud-based, highly secure workplace tools to optimize its services and build its growing portfolio of protection products.

Talking about protection product, FilmoReality used Microsoft’s Power BI in the video- a tool that supports FilmoRealty’s operations with big data analysis and insights that equips clients with the information needed to make powerful strategic business decisions related to the management of their real estate portfolio.

Seeing this as a great job, Luqman Edu, FilmoRealty’s Chief Visionary Officer, while talking about the partnership told that “We are moving from just managing sites and responding to situations, to understanding trends in maintenance issues, resolution times, contractors’ SLAs, customer satisfaction levels – everything we need to optimize management services,” .

He further told that “Our new operations control center runs on VAMP, our flagship proprietary software which monitors our clients’ sites and is the engine that supports our services.”
