It looks like Twitter has found a way to ease the stress of users going to look for old threads. It has now made it easier to add new tweets to old threads via its “continue thread” feature
With the new “continue thread” feature, immediately you start composing a tweet, it will automatically bring out your previous tweet and threads into the composition window.
As we all know, before this new update, you have to go back and find the thread, then add the new tweet at the end which can be stressful at times. According to a news report by TechCrunch, it is like the old “continue thread” feature which is now available to some users on Twitter’s iOS app.
For those who do not know how it works, all you need to do is to choose the older tweet you want to connect the new tweet to. After that, click the three dots menu in the older tweet and choose the “continue thread” option. Immediately, the new tweet will now become part of the original thread.
Last month, Twitter updated its iOS app so that users can see replies from people they follow. We will, however, update you on the new continue “thread feature” which will be made available to users in due time.
There is no information on when the feature will be rolling out, anyways we have to wait for when the company decides to make available.
